Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A portable storage device having embedded software is provided to automatically store a file and related files in the portable storage device as a combined one package. CONSTITUTION: When a portable storage device is connected to a host computer, a virtual environment engine(142) constructs a virtual environment, and executes embedded software in the virtual environment. If a user request a file saving function, and there exists related files of a task file, a storage module(143) transmits the task file and the related files to a file database(146), and stores the file as a one package.
