Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An electrode composition for a solar cell is provided to embody micro-patterns for a solar battery, to reduce the line width of a front side electrode, and to improve quantum efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electrode composition for a solar cell includes 70 - 80 parts by weight of Ag powder, 0.5 - 1 parts by weight of nano silver, 2 - 4 parts by weight of glass frit, 2 - 5 parts by weight of binder and 15 - 25 parts by weight of organic solvent. The particle diameter(D50) of Ag powder is 0.8 ~ 2.5 . The binder is cellulose-based. The glass frit is Pb-free. The glass transition temperature of the glass frit is 430 ~ 450°C. |
