Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method of establishing and optimizing, in a perfusion system with two independently regulatable pumps, at least two independently regulatable circulations which are interconnected via at least two junction points and contain substantially the same fluid, in particular blood, blood plasma or electrolyte solutions. The perfusion system may comprise any standard devices such as those for pumping, transfer, flow or pressure regulation, filtration, bubble elimination, substance and energy exchange, or measurement of physical/chemical parameters of the fluid.
