Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An anti-reflection film, and a polarizing plate and a polarizing device with the same are provided to obtain superior anti-static performance and anti-reflection performance. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate refractive hard coating layer(2) is formed on one side or both sides of a transparent base(1). An anti-static high refractive hard coating layer(3) is formed on the intermediate refractive hard coating layer. A low refractive hard coating layer(4) is formed on the anti-static high refractive hard coating layer.
