Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An exercise prescription method is provided to determine whether to change an exercise prescription based on a PSD(Power Spectrum Density) value and a QT interval using a heart beat variation, thereby realizing a stable exercise in consideration of fatigue of a user. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal detects a bio signal of a user. The detected bio signal is transmitted to an exercise machine terminal through Bluetooth. A slave module(110) is coupled with a chest belt so that the slave module is worn on a chest. A master module(210) and an arm band are worn on a part between a shoulder and an elbow. The exercise machine terminal receives exercise history information of a user from an exercise machine managing server(400).
