REGASIFICATION UNIT OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for re-gasifying liquefied natural gas is provided to reduce vaporizing-facility installation cost by removing the need for a nitrogen supply unit since the inside of a drum is directly pressurized using LNG. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for re-gasifying liquefied natural gas comprises a gas transfer line(110), a drum(120), a booster pump(130), a vaporizer(140), a fuel supply line(210), a first pressure line(220) and a second pressure line(160). The drum is installed on the gas transfer line and temporarily stores the LNG. The booster pump pumps the LNG to a predetermined pressure. The vaporizer vaporizes the LNG, which has been provided from the booster pump. The first pressure line pressurizes the inside of the drum at the initial stage of the re-gasifying operation using pressurized and heated LNG, which has been provided through the fuel supply line. The second pressure line pressurizes the inside of the drum with the vaporized LNG during the re-gasifying operation.
