CONSTITUTION: A method for making Cladonia liquor comprises: a step of making loess underground hole; a step of drilling a drainage hole, washing and drying; a step of placing a pottery in the underground hole; a step of filing the bottom of the pottery a mixture of charcoal and loess mixed in a volume ratio of 1:3; a step of burying the pottery to prepare a pottery maturing chamber in the underground hole; a step of placing a maturing container underground and filling with the mixture of charcoal and loess; a step of filling upper space of the pottery maturing chamber and piling straw in a depth of 10cm; a step of mounting a light shield; and a step of leaching maturing Clodonia for 50 days.
