APPARATUS FOR LOADING RED PEPPER POWDER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for loading red pepper powder is provided to automatically load a fixed amount of red pepper powder in a packing bag using a timer or a weight sensor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for loading red pepper powder comprises a red pepper powder feed hopper(10), a screw space(23), a red pepper powder passage box(25), first and second screws(21,32), a rotating vane(20), first and second motors(11,26), first and second driving gears(13), first through fourth driven gears(15,16,18,29), first through third chains(14,17,30), a discharge line(31), and a control box(24). The red pepper powder feed hopper is open on the top and bottom and inclined on the front and rear sides. The screw space is connected to the red pepper powder feed hopper, open on the left side, and closed on the bottom, right, front, and rear sides. The first screw is horizontally installed in the screw space and allowed to rotate. The rotating vane mixes provided red pepper powder. The first driving gear is fixed to the shaft of the first motor. The first driven gear is coupled to the rotary shaft(19) of the rotating vane. The first chain transfers the torque of the first driving gear to the first driven gear. The second driven gear is coupled to the first driven gear in the rotary shaft of the rotating vane. The third driven gear is coupled to the rotary shaft of the first screw. The second chain transfers the torque of the second driving gear to the third driven gear. The discharge line is connected to the red pepper powder passage box in the inverted-U shape. The second driving gear is fixed to the motor shaft of the second motor. The fourth driven gear is coupled to the second rotary shaft. The third chain transfers the torque of the second driving gear to the fourth driven gear. The control box controls the operations of the first and the second motor.
