CONSTITUTION: An antibody-peptide fusion synergistic material contains an antibody and a biologically active peptide. The antibody and peptide function during disease occurrence or progress. The antibody and peptide function to each target. The antibody is an antibody or fragment thereof having binding activity for Ang-2. The peptide has binding activity for VEGF. A pharmaceutical composition contains the antibody-peptide fusion synergistic material as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition is used for suppressing target function and cancer. A method for producing the antibody-peptide fusion synergistic material comprises: a step of inserting a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody-peptide fusion synergistic material to a vector; a step of introducing the vector to a host cell; and a step of culturing the host cells.
