Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A micro pigment composition is provided to effectively prevent the aggregation of pigment even when the composition is dispersed in a pigment dispersion composition and to form a thin film with excellent transparency. CONSTITUTION: A micro pigment composition comprises a triazine compound represented by formula (1) and organic pigments. In chemical formula (1), A represents an acid group or base group; B represents -OH, -Cl, acid group or base group; D represents -H, -Cl, -OH or aromatic amine moiety. A method for preparing the micro pigment composition comprises performing coupling reaction of diazonium salts with couplers in the presence of the triazine compound represented by formula (1).
