Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A touch device and a method for controlling the same are provided to arrange a first electrode and a second electrode which is electrically connected to a first conductive film on both sides facing a first conductive film, thereby effectively removing a problem that one end of neighboring area of a touch screen is overly widen. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive film(110) is formed on a surface facing a second substrate(150) of a first substrate(140). A second conductive film(120) is formed on a surface facing a first substrate of a second substrate. The first conductive film is arranged on one side of the second conductive film. A touch device(100) is arranged between the first conductive film and the second conductive film. An adhesive layer(130) is located in edges of the first conductive film and the second conductive film. The adhesive layer adheres the first substrate on which the first conductive film is formed, and the second substrate on which the second conductive film is formed.
