POWERUP SIGNAL GENERATION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A power-up signal generating circuit is provided to stably implement an initialization operation without errors by generating a power-up signal which is level transits at low and high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A fixed level transition voltage generating part(1) generates a fixed level transition voltage. A variable level transition voltage generating part(2) generates a variable level transition voltage which is variable according to temperature. A comparing part(3) compares the fixed level transition voltage and the variable level transition voltage and generates a selecting signal. A selection outputting part(4) responds to the selection signal and outputs the fixed level transition voltage or the variable level transition voltage as a power-up signal.
