Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An arc detecting device is provided to detect an arc through a voltage which has compensated temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first amplifier(520) amplifies a voltage applied to the line resistor(510) of a neutral wire and outputs a first amplified voltage. A second amplifier(530) outputs a uniform second amplification voltage by compensating for the change of the first amplified voltage according to the ambient temperature change of the line resistor. A detection unit(540) detects the level or waveform of a second amplified voltage. A determining unit(550) determines whether an arc is generated based on the level or waveform of the detected second amplification voltage.
