Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring electric poles are provided to prevent the robbery of electric power lines and cables by installing a sensor part to one side of an electric pole. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electric poles(100) detects the access of a human body using a sensor part. A warning signal or an allowance signal is outputted to the outside according to the detected signal with respect to the access of the human body. An user terminal(200) transmits user information to an electric pole through a wireless local area network. A central server(500) receives the warning signal or the allowance signal from the electric pole and manages the access of human.
