Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A recording switching hub for recording VoIP terminal conversation is provided to efficiently offer a conversation recording function by integrating a recording function, a recording data storage function, and a communication device connection function. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(33) temporarily stores voice conversation data among received data through the uplink port(36) in a memory(34). A control unit temporarily stores the transmission voice communications data in the memory. The transmission voice communications data is received to a VoIP terminal through a dummy hub port by VoIP terminal(31). The control unit stores a conversation file about transmission voice communications data and receiving voice conversation data in data storage unit(35).
