CONSTITUTION: A vegetation and fish habitation block comprises: a block body(110) which is capable of planting plants by being filled with soil; a coupling protrusion(180) and a connection hole(181) which are protruded and punched to be related with each other in both sides of the block body; a connection plates(190) which combines two neighboring block bodies; a reinforcement frame(140) formed in the central part of a vegetation space; a fish habitation space(130) formed in the front bottom side of the block body; and a hanging groove(150) formed in upper both sides of the block body.
