Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fuel cell power conditioning system using a multi-level converter is provided to increase power conditioning efficiency even though the variation of output power and output voltage of a fuel cell occurs. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell power conditioning system using a multi-level converter includes: a multi-level converter(100) which includes a plurality of DC/DC converters, receives voltage outputted from the fuel cell, and constantly outputs voltage regardless of voltage variation of the fuel cell; a DC/AC unit(200) for supplying DC voltage to a system by converting direct current voltage outputted from the multi-level converter into DC voltage; and a control unit which transfers the voltage outputted from the fuel cell to the multi-level converter and creates a control signal.
