UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD THEREIN

A processor determines communication performance from a user profile related to end point A and end point B. The processor determines whether or not the communication event includes a test message, an e-mail, or telephone call. The processor performs communication with end point A and end point B based on the communication performance of the communication event.
