CONSTITUTION: A charging station server comprises next. An external interface(210) communicates with electric vehicles connected through charging stations. A service information manager(250) manages service information collected from a partner server. A customer management information collector(260) collects CRM(Customer Relationship Management) data from the electric vehicles. A charging monitor(230) grasps chargeable unused charging line and charging capacity.
