CONSTITUTION: A green vegetable dehydrator comprises the following: a frame(100); a driving unit including a central shaft, and a driving motor(110) driving the central shaft; a green vegetable box fixing member installed on the center of the driving unit; green vegetable boxes storing green vegetables, detachably installed on the green vegetable box fixing member; and a cylindrical cover(180) including a window(181) for inserting and discharging the green vegetable boxes.
