Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A valve assembly for a compressor, which can efficiently inhales refrigerant, is provided to improve the volumetric efficiency of a compressor, rapidly perform the open and close operation of an opening/closing part of an intake valve without the flow resistance of refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A valve assembly for a compressor comprises a valve plate, an intake valve(200) and an exhaust valve(300). The valve plate is arranged on the rear side of a cylinder block(11) on which a plurality of cylinder bores is formed. The intake valve is arranged in the front of the valve plate. The exhaust valve is arranged on the rear side of the valve plate. The intake valve is composed of a main body, an opening and closing part(220) and an intake cover. The main body comprises a plurality of cut-out parts.
