Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing transmission of cellular uplinks are provided to manage transmission of uplinks in an interference cell of a cellular wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A controller receives information(305). The controller determines whether a communication device transmits pending data using a data repetition mode(310). The controller determines a specific data repetition mode based on the size of an interference(320). The controller transmits a command to a communication device to transmit pending data using the specific data repetition mode.
