CONSTITUTION: A waterproof jacket comprises: a first body unit which has a first outer cloth and a first inner cloth; an arm insertion unit(600) through which both arms of a user are inserted into the jacket; an air hole unit which is coupled to the first body unit and the arm insertion unit; a first waterproof pocket(130) which is formed by coupling a waterproof cover unit(133) to one side of the first pocket(131) formed in the front side of the first body unit; and a second waterproof pocket(630) which is formed by attaching a waterproof tape(633) to a second pocket(631).
