Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A compressor protecting device of a pump type cooling and heating system is provided to allow low temperature and low pressure gas to flow into a compressor, since low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant is converted into the low temperature and low pressure gas refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A compressor protecting device of a pump type cooling and heating system comprises a compressor(11), a 4-way valve(12), an evaporator(13), an expansion valve(14), a liquid receiver(15), and a condenser(16). The compressor compresses low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas into high pressure and high temperature refrigerant gas. The evaporator and the expansion valve connect to the 4-way valve and evaporate low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas. The liquid receiver stores refrigerant gas of liquid state. The compressor protecting device of the heat pump type cooling and heating system comprises a liquid separator(17), a temperature controller(18), and an electronic valve(20). The liquid separator connects to the 4-way valve and sends the refrigerant gas to the compressor.
