Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device and a terminal for detecting unlicensed terminal are provided to determine a terminal as an unlicensed terminal if an element possible for copy satisfies the detection condition, thereby checking generation of illegally copied terminal. CONSTITUTION: A device(400) includes a communication unit(410), a storage uni(420), a control unit(430), a timer(440), a search unit(450), and an output unit(460). The communication unit receives an element possible for copy showing coping possibility of a mobile communication terminal. The control unit determines whether the received element possible for copy satisfies preset conditions. The search unit searches detection conditions corresponding to the received element possible for copy. The output unit outputs a determination result.
