Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A floating quay is provided to prevent a construction delay by extending the length of a quay when a water level is changed. CONSTITUTION: A floating quay comprises a main body(100), a crane rail(110), a pair of marine cranes(120), multiple ballast tanks, and fresh water tanks. The main body is floated on the sea. The crane rail is arranged on the top of the main body in a longitudinal direction. The marine cranes are movably installed facing each other. The ballast tanks are installed in the front, center, and rear of the main body. The fresh water tanks are installed in a space where the ballast tanks are not installed.
