Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating motile sperm is provided to simply and efficiently select motile sperms in a sperm sample and to ensure simple and contact structure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for separating motile sperm comprises a gradient concentration former(110) and gradient temperature former(120). The gradient concentration former has an input(112) for adding sperm sample and a separator for separating motile sperms in the sperm sample. The gradient concentration former have gradually increasing concentration from the input to the separator. The gradient concentration former further comprises a microchannel(114) for connecting the input and separator.
