Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for bottle cultivation of mushrooms is provided to facilitate the harvesting work for mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivation use media is manufactured and it puts in a bottle. The bottle is up blocked with lid and it is sterilized. The mushroom fungus is inoculated in the sterilized culture medium. The vaccinated mushroom fungus is cultivated. In the cultivation bottle in which lid is replaced, mushroom is sweetened the keen in the growth. The foot makes mushroom after confirmation rearing.
