CONSTITUTION: A ballast system for a ship comprises a tunnel(10) and a hollow tank(20). The tunnel is installed in the longitudinal direction of the ship. The hollow tank controls the trim by moving inside the tunnel. The tunnel is installed in the double bottom space of the ship. The tunnel is installed in the double hull space of the ship. The tunnel is water-tightly sealed to prevent the inflow of seawater.
