Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method and a device for allocating an implementation friendly resource coupled with admission control in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) wireless cognitive network are provided to control concentration interference, thereby protecting a main system. CONSTITUTION: Initial channel scheduling and power allocation are performed about each sub transmission node(201). It is confirmed that a channel of a main system is used(202). When the main system operates in a corresponding channel and an adjacent channel, simultaneous scheduling of nodes is confirmed(203).
