COOLING WATER COMPOSITION OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE: A cooling water composition of an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the capacity of fuel, to prevent the smoke from being generated, to increase the output of the engine, and to reduce the noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water composition of an internal combustion engine is formed by the following steps: obtaining alkali ion active water by passing water through an alkali ion purifier; mixing powder including germanium stones, jade, and elvan radiating far infrared rays, with the alkali ion active water; heating for 3~5 hours to extract a solution; mixing a rust preventing agent, an antifoaming agent, a surfactant, and the solution, and crushing the mixture; and filtering the mixture.
