Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphene is provided to improve the quality of the grapheme by performing an annealing process with respect to carbon nano-tubes or fullerenes arranged on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An annealing process is performed with respect to carbon nano-tubes or fullerenes(31) by a laser or rapid temperature annealing process. If a contact area(33) of the carbon nano tubes or the fullerenes, and a substrate(30) is melted, the substrate reacts with the lower parts of carbon nano-tubes or the fullerenes. The upper parts of the carbon nano-tubes or the fullerenes which are not contacted with the substrate are remained as grapheme(34).
