Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A sample collecting apparatus for roughage bale silage, and a collecting pounder are provided to enhance the efficiency of the work collecting a sample since a rim is formed for a discharging part. CONSTITUTION: A sample collecting apparatus for roughage bale silage comprises a collecting part(2), a discharging part(4) and a bit part(9). The collecting part comprises a cutting blade(3) which is formed on one end of the collecting part. The collecting part comprises a space which is formed along the length. The discharging part is connected to the other end of the collecting part. The discharging part comprises a hole(7), which is connected to the space of the collecting part. The bit part is connected to an electric instrument and is formed on one side of the discharging part. The discharging part comprises a circular or polygonal rim(8), which is connected to one end of the collecting part.
