Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A Polyporus brumalis transformant of which laccase activity is provided to enhance lignin lysis activity and use in technology of decomposing endocrinal disruptor. CONSTITUTION: A Polyporus brumalis transformant has enhanced laccase activity by introducing pHYlac1 which is a recombinant vector overexpressing laccase gene. The Polyporus brumalis transformant is obtained by introducing pHYlac1. The transformant is used in decomposing lignin.
