Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A real time online integrated CSI(Customer Satisfaction Index) survey and a statistical analysis engine are provided to supply a product/service innovation opportunity to an enterprise by calculating a CSI for a product and service in real time. CONSTITUTION: A CSI is calculated by performing a customer satisfaction survey in real time through the utilization of each kind of DB pool. If a product or service is selected from a measurement attribute DB, measurement attributes are automatically selected and arranged in real time. If the attributes which do not exist in the measurement attribute DB is inputted, the inputted attribute is automatically updated and accumulated in the measurement attribute DB.
