Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: In order to charge only the vehicles of the generation circle by using the charge monitor terminal, the hybrid vehicle electrical system and method of the assembly building parking lot are proceed the generation circle authentication. CONSTITUTION: An AC/DC power outlet(10) is installed in the parking lot for the hybrid vehicle according to the parking area. The AC/DC power outlet is connected to the charge adaptor of the hybrid vehicle in order to supply the power to the car battery. The power controller(20) is connected between the common electricity receiving part and AC/DC power outlet.
