Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A blower and an air-conditioner with the same, which reduces noise and turbulence, is provided to increase efficiency of blowing by reducing noise by inducing the stabilization of air current. CONSTITUTION: A blower and an air-conditioner comprises an impeller, a suction induction member(15) and a guide hump(40). The impeller is installed inside a casing(20). The impeller is located on the driving part to rotate, and inhales and discharges air. The suction induction member induces the suction of the air while being included in both sides of impeller. The guide hump constitutes the top of a passage part(16) accomplishing the suction induction member. The air current is altogether induced to an outlet(21) of casing and the guide hump is exhausted.
