BIDIRECTIONAL INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM USING UNMANNED CAMERA AND TEXT-TO-SPEECH MODULE AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bidirectional information providing system using an unmanned camera and a TTS module for supplying an additional service through a web application is provided to improve the perception of a user by supplying searched additional information as voice information. CONSTITUTION: An image collecting unit(21) collects an image from a security camera on a road through an information providing portal server. An information collecting unit(22) collects each information from the information providing portal server. A voice generating unit(23) converts the various information into the voice signal. A synchronizing unit(25) synchronizes the compacted image and the voice signal. The synchronizing unit outputs the synchronized signal to a client module.
