Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An emergency canceling device for an upper plate hanger loop of a roaster is provided to return a hanger loop, which is opened by a spring. CONSTITUTION: An emergency canceling device for an upper plate hanger loop of a roaster comprises a main body, a lower heating plate, a hinge part, an upper heating plate and a upper plate pulling device. The upper plate pulling device is composed of a guide frame, a lift frame and a hook rod(25). A spring(28) is installed on the top of the hook rod. The spring can be opened by connecting hooks(26) using shaft pin(27). A lock device(11) is installed on both sides of the upper heating plate. A handle(14) is installed on the upper heating plate. A protrusion(13) is formed on the handle. The lock device is inserted into a lock device guide groove(12).
