Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A composition for selectively NADH and a fluorescence chemical sensor are provided to ensure high selectivity to NADA detection. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting NADH(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form) contains a compound of chemical formula 1. The composition additionally contains buffer solution. The buffer solution is a sodium phosphate buffer solution. The concentration of the sodium phosphate buffer solution is 0.5mM-5M. The buffer solution additionally contains salt. The salt is NaCl or NaNO_3. A method for detecting NADH comprises: a step of contacting a sample with the composition; and a step of probing fluorescence change by reaction.
