DISK CENTERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A disc centering apparatus is provided to improve the precision of disc centering by correcting a centering error. CONSTITUTION: A disc centering apparatus comprises a chuck(20), a centering reference unit(30), and a pushing unit(40). The chuck is mounts a hub unit(10) in which a plurality of discs and spacers are alternately stacked. The centering reference unit is installed on one side of the chuck. The pushing unit is installed on the other side of the chuck and centers the discs stacked in the hub unit mounted on the chuck by pushing them with the centering reference unit. The chuck comprises a collet chuck mounting or demounting the hub unit and a spindle motor rotating the collet chuck. The centering reference unit comprises a plurality of disc centering reference parts(30a), each of which includes a centering reference block, a floating connection part, and a linear servo stage. The linear servo stage transfers the centering anchor block connected to the floating connection part to a centering reference position of the discs.
