Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A construction method of basement outer wall by combining a precast concrete member with a reinforced concrete member is provided to improve the quality of construction, improve economic feasibility, and facilitate construction by minimizing a temporary construction task using a precast concrete member. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of basement outer wall by combining a precast concrete member with a reinforced concrete member comprises following steps. An earth retaining wall(100) is formed, and then an inner pillar is formed. The inner ground of the earth retaining wall is excavated. A mounting bracket is installed on the earth retaining wall. A precast concrete member(200) is mounted on the mounting bracket. Back filling materials(130) are filled between the earth retaining wall and the precast concrete member. The precast concrete member is fixed to a lateral connection key.
