CONSTITUTION: A boosting unit outputs a first boosted voltage and a second boosted voltage. A first output terminal outputs a first boosted voltage. A second output terminal outputs the second boosted voltage. A second output terminal outputs the second boosted voltage. A first discharge circuit discharges the voltage of a first output terminal after the boosting unit stops the booting operation. A second discharge circuit discharges the voltage of a second output terminal after the boosting unit stops the boosting operation.
