Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A language study data providing system using of individual fortunate information and a method thereof are provided to link advertisement data with fortune information and enable a user to listen to fortune result information, thereby enabling the user to naturally have interest in multiple languages. CONSTITUTION: User terminals(2) receive a native speaker conversation service by connecting to a language information providing server(10). The language information providing server receives URL data for hyper text link to register. The language information providing server matches each fortune information with multi language voice data and transmits the matched result to the user terminals. The language information providing server processes the fortune information by a random extracting method.
