Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a manufacturing method thereof for reducing the interval of signal line are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the number of masks. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines(121) is connected to a plurality of thin film transistors. A plurality of data lines(171) is connected to a plurality of thin film transistors. A driving unit locates in a peripheral area of an insulating substrate. A plurality of signal lines connects the driving unit and a plurality of gate lines or a plurality of data lines. A dummy pattern consisting of the transparent conductive material is piled up one with the signal line.
