SOLAR CELL MODULE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve optical efficiency by directly connecting a first sub module and a second sub module. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit cells are composed of a first electrode, a semiconductor layer, and a second electrode which are sequentially laminated on a substrate. A first sub module(SUB1) and a second sub module comprise a plurality of unit cells, respectively. A second vertical pattern part(VP2) divides a first vertical pattern part which divides the unit cells of the first sub module and the unit cells of a second sub module. A horizontal pattern part(HP) divides the first sub module and the second sub module. An insulation part insulates a gap between the first sub module and the second sub module.
