Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A transmission range switching device for a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce the driving attention wandering of a driver by increasing usage range by providing a lever unit, a rotary unit and a push unit in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A transmission range switching device for a vehicle comprises a housing(100), a lever unit, a rotary unit(300), and a push unit(400). The lever unit is arranged to be rotatable on the housing. The lever unit includes a lever body shaft and is switched by the lever operation of the lever body shaft. The rotary unit comprises a rotary knob and a rotary switch. The rotary knob is exposed to the outside of the housing. The rotary switch is switched by rotating in an axial direction by the rotary knob. The push unit includes a push housing and a push switch. The push housing is arranged on the end of the lever body shaft. The push switch is switched with the push knob unit rotatably arranged on the push housing.
