ERROR ESTIMATION AND CORRECTION IN A TWO-CHANNEL TIME-INTERLEAVED ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A two channel time interleaving ADC and an error measuring and correcting method thereof are provided to minimize a difference between correlations of continuous signals from an ADC. CONSTITUTION: An error measuring block(201) receives a first digital signal and a second digital signal and generates an error signal based on a first digital signal and a second signal. An adaptive processor(220) measures an offset error, a gain error, a sample time error between a first ADC and a second ADC based on an error signal. The adaptive processor feeds back a correction signal in order to correct the measurement error.
