METHOD OF CALCULATING A MELTON METAL IN A BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method of calculating quantity of molten metal in blast furnace is provided to calculate the quantity of molten metal at the bottom part of a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The hot metal emission quantity is reduced and the hot metal product amount of the shaft furnace is calculated. The air output of the shaft furnace is calculated in a fixed blowing basic unit using a real-time blowing basic unit. Hot metal emission quantity is calculated using the weight and the molten metal discharging velocity. The hot metal product amount is calculated using the real-time ventilation source unit when air output of the shaft furnace is the first set value or greater(S330). When the air output is the first set value or less, it is calculated using the fixing ventilation source unit(S340).
