Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for massively preparing a recemic mixture or optically active alpha-glycerophosphoryl choline without side effecs is provided. CONSTITUTION: A racemic of chemical formula 1 or optically active D or L-alpha-glycerophosphoryl choline is prepared by performing a ring opening reaction of choline phosphate of chemical formula 2 or a salt thereof and a racemic mixture of chemical formula 3 or optically active (S) or (R)-epihalohydrin derivative under the presence of a medium. In the chemical formulas, * indiates chiral center and racemic and optically active D or L-alpha-optical isomer; X is fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine.
